I got my first tattoo in the late 70's from some guy called Moondog in Irving, Texas...it’s long since been covered up. I got my nipple pierced for the first time in the early 90's by Obscurities owner, Allen Falkner. Back then; there was one small counter in the back of the shop and a tiny piercing room. That was a lifetime ago.

In the mid-nineties I went to work for a record store a few blocks away from the shop and Mark Thompson soon became my tattoo artist. (So far I’ve got 11 pieces and 20 or 30 hours in his chair and I've been pierced by almost everyone who's pierced here at least once) I left the record store for health reasons, had a surgery and during my recovery i saw a posting on myspace. Tattoo/Piercing shop needs counter help.
